Start times
For the sakes of your fellow visitors, the artists and yourself, we urge you to arrive on time. For some performances, it is not even allowed to admit visitors after curtain-up. In that case, you will not be entitled to a refund. Avoid disappointment and leave home on time! The correct starting time is stated on your tickets and on the website. 

Cancelling
What to do if you unexpectedly cannot come to the performance? Subject to producer approval, you can cancel tickets up to 3pm the working day before the show. For weekend performances or performances on Monday, tickets must therefore be cancelled by 3pm on Friday afternoon at the latest.

This is only possible by sending an e-mail with the reservation and seat numbers. Are you unable to send an e-mail? Then you can send or hand in tickets to us requesting cancellation.

The amount, after deduction of a €4.00 cancellation fee per card, will be credited to your account. You can use this on your next booking. The money will therefore not be refunded.

Household announcements

  • Most shows include an intermission drink (coffee / tea / soft drinks / draught beer / wine). If the interval drink is included, this is mentioned on the website of the show in question. For show without an interval, you can have the interval drink afterwards.
  • Furthermore, we work with consumption vouchers to provide you with a drink quickly. For coffee, tea, soft drinks and beer, you pay two vouchers; wine and luxury beers are available from three vouchers.
  • We like to keep the theatre halls tidy. It is therefore not allowed to bring food and drinks into the auditorium.
  • Making video and/or sound recordings is prohibited in the theatre.
  • Using your mobile phone is not only disturbing for the artists, but also for other visitors. We therefore ask you to switch off your mobile phone (including the vibrate function) or put your phone on airplane mode. If you want to be reachable during the show, you can arrange this through the box office of our theatres.

Buy tickets? Only through the theatre!
We cannot warn you enough about the practices of all kinds of ticketing agencies offering tickets for our shows on the internet, often at extortionate prices! Don't fall for it and just buy tickets through the theatre. Then you will be guaranteed seats and pay the right price!

Grab a show with the Podium Cadeaukaart!

The Podium Cadeaukaart is the ideal gift for anyone who loves music, dance and theatre. With this card, the recipient can buy tickets to shows and concerts throughout the country. The card balance is valid for three years from purchase and can be spent all at once or in parts. The Podium Cadeaukaart is on sale at our theatres and via www.podiumcadeaukaart.nl, among others.

Programme changes
The 3 theatres reserve the right to make changes to the programme during the season and to move or cancel performances. In addition, performances are regularly added. In order to inform you in time, it is important that you inform us of changes in your address details. We also keep you up to date with current information via the website and instagram/facebook pages.

Accessibility
Our theatres are wheelchair accessible. It is not possible to reserve wheelchair spaces online. Do you need wheelchair spaces? Please call us, or send an email. Click here for all contact details.

Facilities for the hard of hearing
Our theatres have facilities for the hearing impaired. If you wish to use them, please go to the box office before the performance.
