Online booking
Please log in to your account first before ordering tickets online. Don't have an account yet? Then create one first.
You can log in with your username and password. If you don't yet have an account, you can easily create one under the account heading. We ask you to fill in some details and choose a password to make ordering as safe and easy as possible. You pay by iDEAL, credit card, Podiumcadeaukaart, voucher, bancontact (Belgium) or by bank transfer. As soon as your payment has been processed, you will receive the e-tickets by e-mail. If you wish to have the tickets sent to your home address, you will be charged € 3.50 postage and packing.
Online booking step by step
- Log in with your username and password.
- Select the show of your choice and click on the order button.
- Select the number of seats and then choose your own seats in the theatre or choose the best available seats option.
- Place the show in the shopping basket.
- Would you like to book more performances? Then repeat steps 2 to 4 for each performance.
- Finalise your order and payment. You can pay by iDEAL, credit card, Podiumcadeaukaart, voucher, bancontact (Belgium) or by bank transfer.
- After the payment has been processed, you will receive the tickets by e-mail.
- If you wish to have the tickets sent to your home address, you will be charged € 3.50 postage and packing.
Redeeming the Podium Gift Card, voucher and digital credit
- To redeem the Podium Gift Card (Podiumcadeaukaart) online, choose the payment method ‘Podiumcadeaukaart’ when paying (not action code!). You enter the card number and the security code under the scratch code. If the balance is insufficient, you can pay extra via IDEAL or by credit card. Any remaining balance will remain on the card.
- To redeem the voucher online, enter the code and issue date in the payment (not the promotion code!). If you still need to make an additional payment, you can do so via iDEAL or by credit card. If there is any credit left, it will remain on the voucher.
- You can redeem your digital credit during the payment process when booking via the website.
Payment
Late payment - within 2 weeks of ordering - will automatically lead to cancellation of the reservation.
Wheelchair seats
